Do you take a precentage of our sales?
NO.
This is due to the size of our building and the amount of vendors we have. This is what enables the merchants to price fairly and retain more happy returning customers!
Will I have to sign a long term contract?
NO.
We provide month to month agreements. This allows flexibility with our merchants. We understand life happens or that maybe this is just something that merchants would only like to do for a month or two. This also allows for current merchants to also upgrade, downgrade or change booth placement.
Do I have to be there at all?
NO.
Forest City Merchants have trained staff that will assist with customers, transactions, and more. Merchants are regular people like you and me. The demanding work, home life, and all the other human things, we want to help you grow!
