Our story
Two guys with a crazy idea over a decade ago! They wanted a place that would merge vintage and new. A place where people have a chance to sell their vintage, antiques, collectibles, hand crafted items and so much more.
Middletown is the perfect place for such a grand idea! With a grand idea we needed a grand building. What is better then a beautiful silk mill from the 1800s! It has old school charm and an open, welcoming atmosphere. Over the years we have met so many wonderful vendors artists creators dreamers. We want them to be able have a place to sell.

Do you take a precentage of our sales?
NO.
This is due to the size of our building and the amount of vendors we have. This is what enables the merchants to price fairly and retain more happy returning customers!
Will I have to sign a long term contract?
NO.
We provide month to month agreements. This allows flexibility with our merchants. We understand life happens or that maybe this is just something that merchants would only like to do for a month or two. This also allows for current merchants to also upgrade, downgrade or change booth placement.
Do I have to be there at all?
NO.
Forest City Merchants have trained staff that will assist with customers, transactions, and more. Merchants are regular people like you and me. The demanding work, home life, and all the other human things, we want to help you grow!

We love all sorts of items! We don't stop with your typical antiques! We embrace collectors, artists, creators, makers, wood working, candle making, metaphysical, resellers, and more!
